Our Supporters

There are so many people working with modern ceremony and ritual, and we want to acknowledge those who are adding their thought leadership, experience, and support to this important topic. This is a chance for us to celebrate the people we know doing great work, and a place to see all that is helping guide us forward. Our dream is for this community to become a place where people can seek resources, share stories, and support one another as we all try and find solace in the power of ceremony.

Madeleine's vision for G Day for Girls is exactly what has been missing from the coming-of-age experience: ritual and ceremony. This event unites, celebrates, and honours girls between the ages of 10-12 as they prepare to enter early adulthood. It truly is ceremony-in-action.

If ceremony means bringing people together in an authentic way, then Marina's palm painting workshops achieve that and more. She introduces painting into people's lives by creating rituals and ceremony around the process. The outcome is far greater than anyone imagines.

When both of her parents were diagnosed with cancer, Nancy brought her own ceremony to the grieving process by photographing the journey. Her ability to shed light on the experience of dying, from her parents perspective and her own, has opened eyes and hearts around the world.

Quanita lives and breathes ritual, and she introduces it to people in their work and personal lives. She hosts workshops and retreats focused on ceremony and ritual as well. In her words, "Ritual has a way of grounding us, bringing us present, and connecting us to community."

Artist & Activist

Tiko Kerr is known for his artfully liberated visual explorations of landscape and figuration. His latest body of work explores the politics of identity as we find ourselves in an almost surreal landscape where perceptions of one another can be generalized in swift, inaccurate strokes.
