My Ceremony Services

I am a certified Life Cycle Celebrant, Humanist Ceremonialist, and end-of-life doula. I have planned and convened hundreds of ceremonies across the life cycle. I’m drawn to the seemingly invisible moments in life and I love to infuse those moments of change with meaning.

You can hire me as a consultant to support and inspire you to lead your own ceremony, or you can hire me to plan, prepare and create the ceremony for you.

Ceremony Coaching

You can hire me by the hour to explore your ceremony vision. This starts with a 1 hour ceremony session (in person or virtual), from which I create notes and reflections to share with you. I offer you ideas and inspiration to plan your own ceremony, including ways to create custom rituals that are unique and meaningful to you. This includes a free ceremony with Be Ceremonial, our guided ritual app, to give you a place to start. You can add hours as needed.

$125/hour +

Ceremony Planning

I will help you plan your ceremony and empower you to convene it yourself, or support someone you know who will lead the ceremony. This includes one or two in-depth ceremony sessions (in person or virtual) where we explore the intention of your ceremony, the stories you want to tell, and the experience you want to curate. Together, we will come up with a personalized ceremony outline, including unique and meaningful rituals. I can also draft your ceremony script and help you craft the invitation for guests.

$500 ~ $1,000

Ceremony Convening

This includes everything in the ceremony planning package, as well as having me host and convene your ceremony (in person or virtual). This is typically for those located near Vancouver, BC but I will travel if costs are covered. I will interview people and draw out stories that can be incorporated into the ceremony. Once we have finalized the script, I will guide the ceremony and day of events, lead guests through the rituals, and be there to support you with every aspect of the ceremony design. I am also available to coach and support speakers and storytellers.

Corporate Ceremonies

I also specialize in corporate ceremonies and ritual wellness workshops, working with teams and companies to create unique and meaningful ceremonies to acknowledge times of change or transition. Custom proposals will be crafted based on your needs. This could include:

~ Honouring a team member who has died

~ Supporting a team member who is going through a difficult time (pregnancy loss, death of a loved one)

~ Changes within the team (layoffs, new hires, retirement)
